I absolutely love the Keto ice cream bars, which I found at Costco. The chocolate coating on these bars melts in the mouth, and doesn’t have the typical texture of artificially sweetened cold chocolate shells. The ice cream isn’t too sweet, and although it does start out fairly firm, it’s easy to eat the bars without making a huge mess.
I can’t wait to try the Keto pints of ice cream, just waiting to find them in some of our local grocery stores.
