I've been on an off the keto diet for almost 2 years. I love how it makes me feel. I'm also a woman who gets her monthly chocolate cravings and I'm so happy I found Keto bars. Honestly, the taste is unreal. Anyone who is avoiding sugar knows what I'm talking about. After trying different desserts, you start to expect that artificial sugar taste. But shockingly, I don't have that with this brand. My fave is the sea salt and caramel ice cream bars. Such a great treat that I love to grab when I'm in the mood for something sweet and satisfying.
