Con artist. Had him over to replace a broken lock while I was busy in meetings. Charge was about £59 for the callout when I asked on the website. He pushed very hard to replace a lock with an expensive alternative once he got there and then wanted payment on the spot. Total bill came to £516. Not knowing any better and not having a lot of time to check anything he was saying I went along with it. Realised later that he’d marked up the price of the lock by a factor of 10.
I’m not a violent man but I hope this guy goes blind and everything he loves dies.
