The staff at Robin Retail KFC are probably some of the worst I have come across. Every single time I have been in there I have been served by a RUDE member of staff. These people need to learn how to smile and have basic manners. Every time I go in I’m waiting around for 15-20 mins for my food. That isn’t ‘fast’ food. And when I asked politely how long I would be waiting I was spoken to like crap. The cues get ridiculous as there is ONE till and staff can’t even greet you with a smile. The only good thing about this place is the food!
