Order for 500kg of Multiheat placed on Thursday, delivered Monday 9am Used KGS solid fuels for years but first time ordering in bulk instead of grabbing a few bags when passing a stockist. I had a stupid moment placing my order online and a call to the office sorted that out very quickly. Put your glasses on Steve LOL. Very nice bloke- Neil the driver phoned 1/2 hour before delivery and offloaded quickly. I stated a kerbside delivery (didn't say side access was poor) and I was ready to barrow down an alley and around the houses but got distinct feeling that Neil hadn't expected to drop 20 x 25kg at the kerb and be straight off. Guess I forgot in the age of door-step and run.. that coal men actually deliver. Many thanks.
