First off all i like this watch collection a lot. But the service really disappointed me it has been one one month I ordered a watch to surprise my wife on our anniversary which was on 7th April but haven't received till today. Plus royal mail sent me a letter to my customs on this watch thrn only they will deliver it. I have paid the custom but still waiting for delivery.
I would like advice the owner of this company to improve delivery service's by sending through private courier companies rather then using Australian post.
