Bought the family 6 with steel poles. Great service, tent arrived within a few days. Not used it yet but have partly errected it (garden not quite big enough, it's huge!) in the garden and seems fine. Can't wait to use it next year! Only downside is the weight but that's to be expected with steel poles, luckily they come in their own storage bag so can store them separately making it easier to handle. Overall would definitely recommend
