I bought a 2021 Screendome Quick Pitch which is very good but realise that it is too big for me so i asked to return it back . I contacted Khyam and was told that it is not possible because i didn't keep the package it was delivered in and i erected the tent in my garden only once for 2 minutes ! I have to be honest & say that i didn't read the return policy before buying the tent
Anyway , i am very disapointed with the response
