UPS have lost the Tent! I have been in contact with Sales but unfortunately now they are not even answering my emails! I have asked to speak with someone but only able to communicate via email which I really think is ridiculous! The tent I ordered is now out of stock, I have been offered a 21 model but I have to pay the difference at a 30% discount.....not very good customer service in my opinion.
