Unfortunately our awning was slightly damaged during very high winds this season. After a phone call to a lovely chap called Jae and a few prompt emails it was set for a collection the same week. A very reasonable fee was quoted (awning out of warranty) and collected. After a short time our awning was returned. Brilliant customer service and keep up the good work. ðŸ‘
