Waited 10 months for this carpet. When finally able to order and pay for it. We were told next day delivery was the only option at £6.99. My partner booked the following day off work to wait in for the parcel. Which did not turn up the next day as stated. She lost a fulls day pay for no other reason than it being your fault. We are disgusted with your service !!
