The service from Kyham was excellent and should rate 5 stars. They used UKmail (shortly to be DHL) as the courier and following a missed delivery the service from UKmail was abysmal! The reference number on the card left by the driver was not recognised nor for 24hrs was the consignment number. When I managed to find a telephone number for UKmail it was useless as the system does not allow contact with an adviser until it recognises one of those numbers. There is more to write about their inefficient systems but not enough space.
