First Airtek 8 I received had a fault. These guys were great and sorted a replacement ASAP and organised collection of the faulty one.
The tent is fantastic but it's heavy and a I've already managed to get a hole in the tent bag.
Website mentions they sell spare parts, hopefully this includes the bags. Will be straight on the phone to find out if they can help.
Hopefully they can be as helpful as before.
