I was impressed that after a long period of time a duplicate purchase by my partner of a major product came to my attention. I raised my issue with the company who identified this purchase in their records and are prepared to offer an exchange value for this unused classic awning against a different product in their range. I will find this fat more useful than having two of the identical product. I am perfectly happy with the awning but will never require more than one as it is a well produced item. Recognising a customer need and my return business is proper service particularly where for me it is far better to have a different product to enjoy than to store or resell. Top marks for effort.
