When I received a faulty baffle from Khyam. I made several phone calls to their customer services department and was promised call backs on 3 occasions, they did not call. I emailed them and made more calls and was finally advised they would arrange collection of the faulty product - they failed to do so after 2 weeks. Several phone calls later from me and they finally collected the baffle. I heard nothing again for a week and had to phone them myself, I was then told they had a problem with baffle and could not replace it due to "problems" and would arrange a refund. Guess what..... its been over a week and I'm still waiting for my money back. I WILL NEVER BUY FROM KHYAM AGAIN - their customer service is non existent. A shocking way to run a business.
