Not used the tent yet but the service was great. Not in stock when we first enquired but the sales staff were very helpful. I pre ordered the tent it came in stock earlier than expected and was shipped out straight away. The delivery kept me informed when they would be at our house and they were within 2 minutes of the estimated time. Great service, hope the tent lives up to expectations.
