Service good. Yet to try product. I was confused by a request to check delivery cost on the website order form. Not a remote address, but some people could be fooled into feeling the need to pay a higher than necessary delivery charge. Delivery rate for Highlands/Islands would have me looking to purchase elsewhere! I couldn't find out where the highlands started for you. I know Aberdeenshire isn't, but it is Up North! A more subtle approach to delivery costs/explanation may be helpful, add some sales and avoid uncertainty and possible rejection because the delivery charge (in my case) would be such a high proportion of the product purchase cost.
