I purchased a bundle including an LED light strip. The awning I purchased appears excellent, but the light strip (which came ready assembled) didn't work. I contacted Khyam who send me a return label which states I have to be prepared to be at home on a specific day for it to be collected and they will not send out a replacement until it's been received and checked. I have sent 2 further emails to Khyam about this but they have not even had the decency to acknowledge them, never mind reply!
