Gotta love this company. Had noticed previously some of the excellent comments Khyam receive for their customer service (it strengthened our choice to buy their products - have to say they didn't disappoint). As well as getting a decent deal on our tent, Khyam promptly replaced our groundsheet (even though it was months after our purchase) once we discovered they had sent us the wrong groundsheet. Well yes of course it was their error in the first place but nonetheless. So, we rang them from our campsite in Cornwall to say that we thought we had the wrong size groundsheet - this was quickly confirmed. We muddled through (it covered most of the tent and the bedroom has its own groundsheet attached anyhow (not ideal of course but manageable). We were asked if we'd be ok to wait until returning home (yes, we were already setup by then). Once back home I contacted Khyam again, they arranged a courier collection and then sent out the correct groundsheet. It took about a week in total. We really like our new tent/awning too (Motordome Sleeper 380). Easy to setup and stood a couple of days battering from the wind coming straight of the sea in South West Cornwall (which had completely trashed our previous tent the year before). Props all round!
