The initial purchase of this product was perfect however it broke on initial use. The replacement was a little longwinded - I had to send photos, then return the product (with a courier arriving at ANY time on the specified day) and then had to wait for the replacement to come. Email communication was excellent throughout but I do feel there was unnecessary delay and if I'd not chased up it could have took even longer. Nonetheless 4* as any company can do well when things go according to plan, how companies deal with things when they don't is the mark of a great company- in this instance I'd say good not great
