Poor service - fast delivery
Very fast delivery but it took me 3 weeks & 4 phone calls to speak to the only person who could help! 1st call was told he was on hol & he'd call me, no call, 2nd call was told the person I needed was not in until Fri, they'd call me, no call! 3rd call she was sorry he hadn't called & she'd put me through, left on hold! 4th call, yes...finally.
I was after 1 set of poles for annex which cost me £50 inc delivery! Expensive I think but can't get it anywhere else .
