A far as customer service goes, I cannot fault them. On requesting further information, they were very helpful and offered pertinent advice. On purchasing my awning and subsequently erecting it in the garden I found that one of the poles has suffered a little transit damage. I emailed a photo and received a replacement pole by courier without quibble. More than pleased.
