As I needed the product the next day, I wanted to collect it rather than have it sent, but it wasn't apparent from the website that collections have to be from Khyam's Somerset warehouse, not the W Midlands site. This could usefully be made clearer. However I then ordered by phone for next day delivery and this was done efficiently and gave me confidence that it would arrive in time - which it did and through a good trackable carrier who gave a reliable time slot first thing on the delivery day.
