In fact, the item I ordered, via eBay, took a week to arrive - some four days after the estimated delivery date; this I would have understood had the sellers contacted me directly, but it was left to eBay to keep me informed of the progress of my order's delivery. This was done very well and eventually the item was delivered satisfactorily, and in apparently excellent condition. As yet, I cannot comment on its performance but look forward to using it soon. The instructions are just worded, without any " idiot-proof " diagrams, but I imagine that this idiot will be able to follow them successfully with practice and perseverance! Khyam Tents have an excellent reputation and I'm sure I'll be very pleased with my purchase; but it would have been nice if they'd been more communicative! That being said, I would be quite prepared to deal with them again. Robert Smith.
