Initial contact was easy but person with the knowledge was not available so advised to call head office, Head office said guy who deals with it is not available send us your broken pole and we will match it up !!! To be honest I did not want to do that it all seemed unnecessary, so tried again next day only to get through and have to leave a message with the promise of someone contacting me this was the case on the free phone number and also head office number, after waiting over 24 hours and no call, I phoned head office the guy on the other end must have been the one I was searching for, all very easy from there, pole ordered and received the very next day, so basing my first calls on bad luck and the end call call as the best service I could get, I went round the houses so to speak but overall I was very happy, pole now fitted again using Khyam's help, So job's a good-un.
