The website worked very well and the ordering process was quick and easy. The items arrived very quickly but one package was poorly labelled. The groundsheets appeared to be incorrectly described (as SRS rather than Excelsior 780 Clip-i) but the SKU and contents was correct. Also, the Kador figure of 8 strips were not long enough (4x 600mm rather than 3x 1M). Other than that the tent its self seems fine and it was nice to get a repair kit and pack of extra joints.
