I had a few problems with the pre order system on a new 2020 tent. I was pretty shocked at how bad the whole process was but I reached out to Khyam of facebook and WOW, my expectations were given a massive booster and they solved everything even throwing in a little sorry pressie. Super happy with my tent and super happy that I went with a Khyam the any other brand. It makes me feel safe they have my back no matter what. I expected a bad customer services and got an outstanding one.
I would highly recommend to anyone and my friends/family.
