I orders from them for a baby shower gift and I order a week in advance. 2 and a half weeks later I'm still waiting and if it wasn't for me getting int touch with them over email I wouldn't of even heard anything to say my order was delayed. I have now asked for s refund which I'm waiting for! The fact they have no telephone customer service is awfull as my problem would of been sorted within a day but using email it's took 3 days to sort a refund out! Let's see if I even get that!
Disappointed as you website looks good but won't be using it again!
