Absolutely shocking customer service
We ordered a nursery furniture set, first part of order one basket was broken and then the wardrobe arrived with a large crack right across one side. Cutting a long story short after 20+ emails and a month waiting and a wardrobe in bits waiting to be put up, still no replacement part, kiddicare just tell lies saying that it is on its way. No wonder there is no number to contact customer services! Avoid
