I bought one of there mooch travel system for my new born, first the wheel kept locking and the buggy wouldnt move.
Contacted them they sorted itwithin 7 days.
Few months later the buggy wheel kept rolling off whilst pushing the buggy on smooth surfaces. Once again contacted them they booked in a courier and sent me confirmation text and time slot. Each ine i waited in no one turned up, contacted kiddicarr who kept saying 'you failed to give the item to the courier' i asked when the courier came, they cant provide any details. Now its 3 months later guess what 5 couriers booked still no one turned yp, on the 3rd courier they kept saying you will have to pay £15 as the courier keep coming and you keep rejecting them'.
Now it reached a stage of where i said i need a refund, they stated yu need to return the buggy first plus it been awhile so we have to give a credit note.
There whole communication is well annoying as there is no good service coming from them.
I am still awaiting there courier to come.
