Prices are generally good but appalling customer service trying to get a refund for a first order I placed. One of the people who sent emails from 'customer service' tried to avoid sorting the problem, and implied I had kept part of my parcel hence I would not receive my money back, when I had told them multiple times that I refused the parcel from courier! (as I was advised to do by Kiddicare). It took 19 emails and opening a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. On top of that Kiddicare tried to remove my review from another website!!
