On reading quite a lot of the reviews about this site, I totally agree with everyone, Its one the worst companies I have had to deal with.
I have purchased an ottoman from them, that unfortunately was quite expensive, it came damaged, so not thinking there was going to be a problem on returning the item, 9 days on, numerous emails, and a 0844 number Iv,e rang, I've still had no response, utterly disgusting, but judging by some of the other complaints,(Im surprised I've received it!) Please don't purchase from them, not a reputable company.
