I ordered an adaptor needed for a pushchair and paid £4.99 for next day delivery. It did not arrive and neither did a dispatch email. So i emailed Kiddicare and received an automated response. I then noticed payment had been taken for the item 2 days after I had initially ordered it and then I received the dispatch email.
Item is still not here and I have not heard back from Kiddicare.
I will certainly not be using them again!!
