I am so disappointed with kiddicare.
I ordered a obaby stroller in the sale. The delivery was quick which was good.
However the item was faulty and I asked for a replacement. I was promised the replacement the next day when they said they would take the faulty one and leave me the replacement one. I was impressed by that fantastic customer service. However ..........
That did not happen! !. They took my faulty stroller and then informed me a replacement was no longer available.I Was offered to choose another colour stroller but none were available. I could not manage without one and had to purchase another one from else where ,which I couldn't afford but had no choice :(.
I asked for a refund instead and dispite being assured my refund has been made I still do not have it. I was expecting it and now my account has charges due to this. I first ordered the Stroller a month ago! . I am so upset to be treated this way.
