Ordered a travel system, was delivered an isofix base, arranged for dpd collection and dispatch of my item and now they say it is out of stock.
Apparently it is normal practise for them to print a dispatch label, arrange dpd contact the customer to assure delivery will be the next day and only AFTER that do they check stock.
NOT WORTH PUTTING YOURSELVES THROUGH THE STRESS
