Had a slight problem with order delivery, which turned out to be a DHL logistics error. Despite this, the staff at Kiddies Kingdom were quick to find out what had happened and updated me on the issue long before DHL themselves did. 10/10 for customer service!
The order itself was well packaged and arrived in excellent condition. Would happily but from them again.
