Ordered the Tutti Bambini Modena child cot and draw set 15 days ago now and paid the extra for next day delivery. I am still waiting for the items to be dispatched. I have called customer service on three seperate occasions and been told every occasion that it is awaiting dispatch. When I spoke to them last week they guaranteed me it was being dispatched Friday and delivery would 100% be Monday (yesterday). I took the day off work and waited in for the delivery and guess what… no delivery! I’ve called customer service again today and they’re sating the same story again, due for dispatch and should be with me on Monday. Even if I did believe this, which I don’t, this would put delivery at 21 days despite paying for next day delivery! Order number is 799014 should someone with some real and correct information like to investigate further.
