I purchased a Minnie Mouse changing unit from them that arrived with missing parts, i was sent the parts in the post after chasing this up.
On further inspection we realised we had in fact been given used goods.
I sent emails with minimal responses, was asked if i wanted to keep it at a discounted rate!
Or if i wished to return it for a refund.
I choose the latter.
Very poor customer service and long call Queues.
My item was eventually refunded but i will never purchase from them again.
