Car seat (1 year into a 3 year warranty) fails and it’s been nearly a month - we still have no car seat, they are insisting that it must be repaired instead of replaced. Which parent wants to put their child into a car seat that had to be wrenched off the isofix?
Customer service is appalling - they lie and contradict each other. Once they take your money, they don’t care and definitely don’t want to help.
The owner, Mohammed Patel, should be thoroughly ashamed for running such a scam of a business. They even said if you bought with John Lewis or Mamas and Papas, they would have replaced it but their policy is not to.
We’ve been without a car seat since 5 May and counting. They don’t care.
Avoid, please avoid. Hopefully they will go out of business and stop putting children’s safety in danger.
