The ordering was easy. The item I ordered was out of stock but came very quickly once it was back in. Only 3 out of 4 boxes arrived. I emailed to let them know and the 4th box arrived within the next days however no communication was made from Kiddies Kingdom which I think is a little poor. A confirmation or an update/apology would have been nice. I wasn't looking for any freebies as I know mistakes happen but an apology would have been nice. It's not like it was a £30 item we spent a lot of money.
