Joke of a company. Initially ordered a car seat said 14 days delivery, which was fine we was happy to wait, 2 weeks later I receive an email saying the item I ordered was discontinued which is strange considering it said it was a new range that year, so the order got changed said I should receive it soon. A month passed and i receive an email stating delivery the next, which was great, so I wait in the next for nothing to arrive, so the day after I tried calling but the number doesn't ring says the are "dealing with overwhelming demand" yet this is a shop? Tried calling all day and could never get through.
So I emailed them asking where my parcel was for them to reply and say it's not in stock? Which I was never notified about until I made contact, absolute pants customer service.
Tried calling the next day same message, which as I see it means you cant actually phone them 3 days worth of phone to never get through.
I was told I need to wait roughly another 2 weeks!
Asked to cancel took ages to reply with confirmation for the cancellation.
2 months lead time (at absolute best? for something advertised as 2 weeks..
Shop else where.. these guys don't know how to run a company
