Terrible customer service. My buggy from ickle bubba broke after having it for two months. 8 months later I'm still battling with them and to get it collected. After chasing for so long finally they arranged with the manufacturer to pick it up without arranging with me a date or time. And have now requested I pay myself to have th buggy returned. Also I was treated as if my fault needed a ridiculous amount of proof... video and pictures of the fault. Rather than picking it up to asses the fault. Should have gone to John Lewis
