I was a repeat customer of King & McGaw. The quality of their art prints were of the highest quality at very affordable prices. Their curated art was superb and they dispatched orders at lighting speed. They lost me as a customer now. They recently changed their printing technology. Their prints now, despite all their claims and marketing spin, look like fairly cheap reproductions. I simply do not understand why a company would shoot themselves in the foot. On top of that, their customer service is poor; you have to chase them again and again to get a reply. To be fair to them, when they did finally reply, they offered a full refund of my order. King & McGaw offered a trully unique service in the past, and it really pains me to write this review. I do hope that they rectify their mistake, and improve the quality of their prints, because they still curate high quality contemporary and modern art.
