Eventho they break the ETA on service but i was happy the service was done so didnt ask for compensation of this, eventho they shouldve offered this themself as its their own policy. Aside that, A few days later, account was suspended. After reading their terms and policy they should compensate or refund. After a short talk they refuse to take any action and ignore their own policy. Later on i got blocked on discord and website no reaction on this case. No way to contact them anymore. Opened multiple cases at different instutionals to get this problem solved today 13-3-2022. I bought multiple boosts at them, was always happy that's why i rate it a 2 star instead of 1. As my experience with them was on simple M+15 boosts always decent. Sadly they dont respect their own policy and terms when it goes wrong.
