Full disclosure I paid for a level 10-60 boost plus a few other items such as store completion and flying mounts. I purchased these on 10/2 and completed them on 10/14. I did NOT pay for express. I also purchased a mount at another time that was completed on the same day of purchase. Kingboost was trustworthy in not changing my password to my account and when logged on to my computer to do the mount they only downloaded the necessary file from well-known add-on sites. I would say just be patient and they will complete your order. I am sure they are busy b/c of the new expansion in November.
