I had requested help with a Mythic Sylvanas kill for a chance at the mount in WoW. Unfortunately it was not possible for their team to organize in the appropriate time frame for me so instead they reimbursed me and then some in WoW gold. Though it wasn't what I initially wanted they did whatever they could even as far as offering other services. I will return to them again in the future. I will just have to communicate with them directly before buying off their website since it's not always guaranteed.
