The leveling service is ok. They lie a little bit like for example that a booster is available directly after the order but not... I waited 3 days for 50-70. I was promised a stream, but there were slow connections so I got nothing. The support on discord on the other hand is very responsive. You don't have to be in a hurry to use the service
