Don't understand the negative reviews to be honest. Just today I bought another run (Heroic Vault of the Incarnates). Got a starting time, the run started on time, run was fast and professional. I am buying from kingboost since a year and never had a problem, customer service and booster were always nice and professional; I gonna continue to buy from them:
