Even with waiting much longer than their expected start time. Once I got in the group it was a one hell of a time. The group was enjoyable and knowledgeable with their pathing and fights. After so many disappointing PUGS, running with this team was a breath of fresh air and allowed me to actually get through the dungeons. The Customer service team was friendly and professional and the price was well worth it.
