I have done a few runs using their service and while the turn around is sometimes lagging, they are by far the cheapest and will go out of their way to give you something extra to make up for any issues. I will say that if you have time and patience this is your best value for the money, bar none. The workers are also very friendly and fast and I have never missed a timer when they have run a dungeon. I would say give them a chance because it is worth it.
